在房地产公司做销售，代理海滨城市一般人买不起的海景大洋房。目前还在实习期，到七月才是真正大学毕业，他已经显得很成熟沉稳，更是透着小年轻的活力劲。

他租住在西南三环外的三环新城，一个很有都市气息的社区。三居中的大间，大落地窗，木地板，简单的家具，没有空调，闷热。每月1300。他自己买了个小冰箱，才三百多，因为喜欢喝冰凉的饮料。天气热了，还准备买个空调，也想小一点的，方便以后搬家带走。本来听说窗机不错，可听我说那机器得架在窗子上后，他放弃了。

聊天时侃侃而谈，说着上学时与女友的相处，脸带腼腆，不好多说。说着今后会努力工作，将会有车有房，房子不怕远点在市郊，但要大，住得才舒服；车子倒是可以小一点反正只是代步工具。

He rents a room in the “Third Link New Area”,a community with an morden-city atmosphere, out of the Third Link. His room is the biggest one of three, with a large French window, simple furniture, and it is a sweltering room without an air-conditioner.It costs him 1300 Yuan per month.He also bought a frigerator of only over 300 yuan as he loved cold drinks.As the temperature is rising, he would like to buy a small air-conditioner for it moves easily.At first, he heard that window air-conditioner was a better choice, but I said that this kind of machine needed to be fixed in the window before he gave it up.

His talk was confident and calm. But he became shy when he talked about his girlfriend he met in school. He said he would work hard to buy a house and an automobile in the future, and also mentioned that he feels fine if the house is far-located, but it has to be a big one to be confortable. His automobile, on the other hand, needs to be smaller as it is just a riding tool.
